Here we go – Round 3 is underway!
First, here’s the map.
I’ve go the stops numbered but it might be hard to see on here. The trip will start in Georgia and go 1st to Karson in Delaware, drop south throw Virginia and Florida then bounce back up to Georgia as we cruise through Kentucky and Illinois. After that we jump back east for stops in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and New York. From New York we head north into Canada with a stop in Ontario. On our d...

Well, a little bit of a delay on my end getting this one started due to some personal matters but we are on the road again now! The box is headed to freedom75 in NC now and he should get it within a few days.
Here’s a map of our travels this time around:
Our total traders grew to 13 this time, from 9 total in Round 1. We had a few from Round 1 step out and quite a few come into the trade.

The first in a, likely, long educational series, teaching by example. Poor example. Deliberately. If we don’t try (and fail quick) we may never learn how to proceed. Or reasons why the tried and true, really is.

Hi Lumberjocks,
Well, it’s about that time – Round 3 will be starting very soon! I’m getting the list together and trying to verify some info. We’ve got a BIG group this time so we’ll need everyone’s help to make sure this goes well and as quickly as possible. As of right now I’ve got 19 confirmed for Round 3. Even if we hold the box 2 days and it takes 3 to ship it we’re looking at a minimum of a couple of months to get this completed. ...

My latest journey has taken me not far from my hometown. I had the opportunity to speak with Kevin Clay of Oneway Mtg, which is located in Stratford, Ontario.
The HistoryOneway Mtg, which is owned by Kevin’s father, began as a contract machine shop. One day they received an order for a chuck. The order was canceled after the products were made and they were left with 50 chucks, which they then sold to other buyers. From there, the path led them to where they are today.

Hi Everyone,
A quick and easy trip for the pen box this time. It made the short jump over to Ryno101’s in no time at all. He sounds extremely excited to dig into this! Funny how all of us (supposed) grown folks get so childish over a box full of sticks. Remember Lincoln Logs??? Those were awesome…

Hi there fellow Lumberjocks!
I’ve got the latest update on the pen box for everyone. I looked at a spreadsheet wrong and thought Woodtreker was next in line. Oops… The box made a stop at me2cyclops’s in Georgia and is NOW on it’s way to Woodtreker’s in Kentucky. We’re on track now, I promise… at least I think… no, I’m sure – we’re on track now.

First, let me apologize for the corny titles on these posts as well as the maps… those responsible have just been sacked. ;-)
Rikkor is done with the box o’ blanks and has put them in the mail on their journey to California and bigguy’s shop. Only a couple more stops and we’ll be all wrapped up on Round 2! Thanks again everyone – I hope you’ve all enjoyed this!
