Goodbye Linden Tree

This is a sad ending to a beautiful shade tree that must have been planted some 50 years ago in front of our house. It was situated on the public property on the streetside and provided a lot of shade. It almost provided too much shade for my front garden area, as the limbs drooped quite low and the numerous branches were quite dense. The main trunk divided into three secondary trunks and two of them were noticably dying and branches were constantly growing and drooping over the powerlin...
