Mason Dixon Woodworkers Club Toy OutreachThe Mason Dixon Woodworkers Club, that I’m the current President, were written up in the newspaper this last weekend. We were the Elves of Christmas. Here are some of the pictures that were taken of that toys that were made for this years distribution. About 1200 toys were made during 2010, They will be distributed on December 4th to about 25 different charities for them to distribute to families with children that have needs. Construction Grade Toys #1: Getting StartedI am planning on giving purely woodworking based gifts for Christmas this year. For my son I have settled on the Construction Grade Toy projects from Wood Magazine. Both my Father and Father in Law are woodworkers, we have decided to split the set up amongst ourselves.
