And so.. my personal Thien Baffle challenge begins. 1/2” MDF (i have 2 of these 4×8’ sheets..might as well use them). First time ever working on MDF with a power tool. I was lucky enough to get the popular Harbor Freight 2 HP dust collector for Christmas. People have modified that thing in every way imaginable, so I found plenty of inspiration out there when planning what to do with mine.
