Great work guys on all the projects you turned out. Just amazing work. Gary you deserved first place. Wonderful projects. That birdcage looked pretty tedious. Also Mr. Stewart your chair is a piece of art. Made for the little people no doubt. All the projects showed ceativety and excellence. Kudos to all. I’m in awe of many of the projects. Dis-Membered Barkin’ on a Pine Slab
....ended my day the other evening removing some more bark from a pine slab I’m trying to get dried out, in the faster then usual manner since this is one I want to start workin’ on around January. Much of my time spent outside now is divided between cutting new trees for next year, cutting slabs for future furniture and ‘wood art’ that has to be processed for drying a year to two years down the road. What a three months it has been since I stumbled onto an online community called LumberJocks. I leafed through the project pages amazed at the craftsmanship of this group. I began to question whether or not I was worthy to join this group. Did I have any knowledge, ability or skill to share?

They called off the test on Tuesday and had the tests on Wednesday. It was’nt as bad as I thought, of course, of course the results I won’t know for a while yet. Among them a PAS test and Blood tests. Again, thank all of you for your support and prayers. I’m not out of the woods yet but I think I see Frank ahead and he’ll get me out of here.
