Here’s some images of the site, the pad was excavated to rock and then filled and compacted to the underside of the slab. I have limited plumbing, just a sink, toilet, two compartment utility sink for cleaning some brushes/tools and and I thought I’d also add a shower (just in case)... I’m putting in a small office adjacent to the restroom, about 13’ x 20’, just for the design work and general office filing etc.. I now have the batter boards up, beams and footers...
