Yesterday I got of a cruise ship at Port Douglas in tropical North Eastern Australia.At a market was a very friendly expat from Texas. He had to be friendly because he is a woodie & a fine one at that.This guy makes fine sculptured furniture and was selling it at the local Sunday market.I got talking to him about the different species of wood in the North and found out a lot of his furniture was made from ‘Mango Wood’, you know that great fruit that is grown in the tropics.Any...
