A bit of a scrape

Yesterday I had a client walk in the shop with some clear Pine boards and the request to joint it up into an L-shaped kitchen countertop, 24” wide. Work is work and I told him to come and collect tomorrow. In between other work, I planed the boards and noticed they were somewhat resinous but didn’t give it much thought.
