Glue #1: Problems with glue adhering

The wood is Cherry. {blk} (Jordan Creek area) Lehigh Co. /just put in shower an sprayed with hot water. then wrapped towels with bleach water. I used Dick Blick (Black Cat) {waterproof [yea right] India Ink}For the Black part of the Wild Walkin StickinThe wood is Popular which grew like Vine. Found near Wooded area of Little Lehigh Creek {Lehigh Co.} For the other part. I First cut the section I wanted to use, then striped the bark off/ sanded,then wrapped it around the way I wanted...

My daughter has 2 friends who are expecting. One of them she has been friends with forever. It started when my daughter asked me if I would make her friend a porch swing for her. I agreed as long as she helped. I got a chance to spend some time doing woodworking with my daughter, but she wasn’t much help. She didn’t take much interest, but it was worth a try. Wood Related #1: Updated Lumber Rack Projects !!

I have moved.. and moved a considerable amount of WOOD! I have updated my lumber rack projects with new photos of the current racks. My new shop is the entire basement, and to say its bigger than my last basement shop is an understatement. I have four times the space! and at least 88” of height between my floor mats and floor joists! I have repacked the racks and have collected EVEN MORE WOOD! Very unique piece of Popular Wood

The Mason Dixon Woodworkers bought some popular lumber from a local sawmill operator. We picked up the wood and it was stored in our material storage building. As we started to use it I noticed that a lot of the boards had spalting but even stranger it had some mineral streaks that were pink. I’ve never seen pink before.
