A pizza peel is a giant spatula intended to deliver a raw pizza to the oven as well as pull the cooked pizza out. Professional versions feature long handles that allow the cook to reach the very back of the oven. A version for the average home can be much more compact. Making of a Pizza Peel

Hey Lumberjockies, I have seen one of our fellow LJ members post his pizza peel and I just had to have one. Well, my wife did and, I thought that it was an excellent idea. I decided to have a little fun and video the process, no commentary, just work. This is part one and I will make part two when I work on the peel next. I had fun making this video and I hope that you enjoy it too.
