Cutting and Installing the leg slot

Cut the last 4 foot piece three times. Cut two one foot legs first, then measure and cut the top piece. It should be about 22.5” or so. Put the legs in the leg slot. Make sure to leave enough room for the legs to slide in and out even after they are painted. Predrill, countersink and screw two screws per side. These are the legs.
