The Circle/Radius Sanding Jig

Here is an easy to make Sanding/Radius Jig to fit the Rigid oscillating spindle sander Model # EB44241. I’m building this jig out of re-purposed material, a handful of hardware and a drill press turned knob so the cost to make this jig is actually on a couple of dollars (Frugal Craftsman).

Jet JBOS-5 Oscillating Spindle Sander - Need some help from someone who owns this model.

Does anyone own this spindle sander? If you do I’m wondering if the height listed in the spec (20.8”) is the height with or without the spindle sander installed. I’m trying to design a flip top box for this model sander and my Delta planer but I need this measurement. I currently have this spindle sander ordered but it hasn’t arrived yet. I’d like to know the measurement with the spindle installed. Thank you in advance.

Feels like a long time since my last video. This one was fun and I get to use my oscillating spindle sander from Grizzly. This is a spice rack I made for my Mom. I do some cutting on the tablesaw and chopsaw but the rest is all coping saw.
