Dust Collection Tip (Shown on Bandsaw)

So first off I have a 14” Ridgid Bandsaw and have made a few modifications to it including a riser kit. I’ve made a jig to saw up to a 4’ log into boards. The thing works well but creates a lot of dust and the dust collection on this saw was the pits. I’ve seen the dust mod idea on the site a few times and it makes perfect sense. Spring clamp Tip

I bought the Ridgid 15” Drill press with the intention of keeping in the box for at least 30 days so I could watch the price and see if it would go down since the salesman said it was on clearance. Well….... that lasted about 45 minutes, i realized if the price did drop I could just take my receipt up there! The hardest dust for me to breathe is the fine stuff that comes out of the orbital sander. I have used the Porter Cable Model 333 for about 10 years now, and have done a lot of sanding with it.
