I promised in my letter below to share with everyone I know my home depot shopping experience, so here you go!

I had a Ryobi 14 Amp 10 in. Compound Mitre Saw. It was working fine but could only cut a max of 5 inches wide boards. I was in the market for a new on but all of the sliding miter saw was so costly. I even considered a Harbor Freight one, but even at that it was a $100 and more for one. I decided to check out craigslist.com and found a Kobalt one there for s feel. Below is the letter I sent to HomeDepot’s CEO. I wasn’t expecting much out of them but instead they just gave me the tool I tried to order. I even offered to pay for it but they wouldn’t take my money.
