Hello Lumberjocks!I’ve waited on the sidelines for a few months watching, with lots of interest, the goings-on on this site. I couldn’t wait to join! I got a message back from Martin early this morning saying that registrations were opening back up today and here I am!

Throughout my life, I have had incidents where fate comes in and seems to give me a push in a direction that, in hindsight, seems to be where I needed to launch to begin the next leg of the journey. A few days ago, I responded to a Dremel update on Facebook and won a new tool to add to my collection. I just finished signing in ( I’ve been lurking for about a month) and I thought it would be a good idea to say hello. I’m John Abraham, and I’ve been a professional carpenter/ painter/ plasterer/ concrete mason since leaving the USAF in 1982.
