"Hobbit Holes in MyWorld" --by RusticWoodArt #54: What Lights Up An English Barn

08-14-2009 06:32 AM by frank | 9 comments »

My wife and I started gutting this barn back in 2000 and then while I was on the road most of that winter, she along with a crew took the barn down in about a weeks time after numbering all the bents. Next after taking a year to get o...

Texas Treasures in a BackYard’ Let me start out by saying that I have been slow in getting this blog story going, since the ‘golden oldie’ days of much snow, have once again returned to New England and NH. What that means for me, is that I have been spending days at a time during the weeks of December, January, February and now into March plowing, shoveling and moving snow. In December we started breaking records for snowfall and the first to fall was a long standing reco...

01-16-2008 03:25 PM by frank | 2 comments »

Whale Tales and Barn Rigging ....and so I thought I would post some more pictures here of the barn hooks or barn rigging, as I refer to these items of minute or massive steel and that view point is up to you. And yes, I know ...
