Thnx to Jerry for selling me on this deal from Grizzly a while back. I mean it too. Thnx, Jerry. I bought this lil fine piece of filter for me and my lungs. As you see, “out w/the old”, LOL, the ole box fan did the trick for quite some time. I’m sure this Air Filter from Grizzly will be a big help with the dust floaters in the shop. In Ceiling Air Cleaner #2: Completed

Sorry for not posting sooner, but the project was completed back in February and life got busy… Suffice to say, I haven’t had much time for testing the air cleaner’s capabilities, but I did check out the airflow and the speeds are right where they need to be. I hope that this proves to be a useful tool for keeping the air clean when I mill wood. Here are some pics showing some of the components of the system. Dust Collection System #1: Dust Collection Duct Work

I’ve been working on putting together a dust collection system for my garage/workshop. I couldnt turn down the great deal on the Harbor Freight 2 HP dust collector and then of course since I saved so much I just had to make up for it by throwing on a Wynn cartridge filter. I was having a hard time deciding on 6”, 5” or 4” duct for the ducting system. The HF dust collector has a 5” Impeller plate opening so going with 6” didnt seem to make sense as the sy...
