Boys and Girls, While this may be old hat to most, I’ve had enough friends (another one today/yesterday) saying that it’s a good idea, so I thought it might be worth a shout out. If you have a shop vac with an automatic outlet and share it amongst a number of tools during the one session, bridge the two with a power outlet plugged into the dusty. I was laying in bed the other night, when the wife noticed I was a bit to distracted (not responding to her conversation). She leaned over and saw me looking at Festool stuff and started in on me…see I just bought a used 3HP Powermatic DC on craigslist and still had my lil 1HP Delta DC and a shopvac. Power Tools, What a Mess!

Well I finally decided to get rid of my one remaining power tool, a 2HP Ryobi router with 3 bases and a case of bits. Today I fired it up and ran it over a board with a few different bits just to test it out, and I probably created more sawdust in ten minutes than I have in the past six months with hand tools.
