I pulled in to the Pine Cone Furniture woodshop and asked about the planks out front. He said the big ones were on sale for $75 and the lit...

Bowling Alley Workbench #4: Look at them Legs...

152 days ago by PurpLev | 7 comments »

Picking up where I last left off (each leg glued, and hand planed to clean out the glue lines), It was now time to get some assembly done. First thing First – gotta trim all legs to same length/height since during glue up some boards decided to move about. I decided to use a reference point that I could use on all legs that would match them all up – since different legs had different boards that moved around – the only reference point that I could use (and the best one of...

I showed Barb this kit the other day, & immediately she said, ”I want one.” When the Sweetie wants something, I usually comply to her wishes. Besides, I can try making something I’ve never done before. This is the kit I ordered, it's called a Reverie Harp.. One thing about this Harp is, anyone can play it because of the way it’s tuned. It has a real soothing sound.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a picture of the parts ...
