Floor Drill Press Cabinet #3: Cut Cabinet Top and Fasten to Drawer Cabinet and Cubbies, Route Recess Areas, and Apply Finish Coat

I cut the top of this drill press cabinet from 1 inch thick Baltic Birch plywood that I had leftover from a previous project. I made the cutout for the drill press that same way I did for the cabinet base. After I had sanded the top I fastened it to the cabinet and cubbies with 1 1/4 inch wood screws from inside the cubbies and the cabinet.
