Home Depot guy just wouldn't listen

So I went to Home Depot to get a pine rod for a project. It was marked $1.57/lf. Cut what I needed and went to the front. Young guy (maybe 18 or so) says “ohh it’s missing the tag”. I tell him it’s 1 1/4” rod but he can’t find it in the computer. I tell him it was marked $1.57/lf he says “yeah I know”. So he calls that area tells them “I have wood rod maybe an inch in diameter” again I tell him it’s 1 1/4”. He say...
