Updated 1/15/12 Now we need to cut a recess in the lid for the medallion to set down into.DONT cut your medallion until you have routed out the home for it.I typically make the medallion about 1” to 1.5” smaller on all sides than the lid depending on the box size and the piece of wood I have for the medallion. hello again #4: Smoking or not

Well here I go. For over 40 years I have smoked real heavy. 2- 4 packs a day. I have enphasima , asma and every thing else that goes with it. they said only 20% of my l;ungs left. and still smoking. Everyone has bneen trying to get me to stop smoking and over this past weekend My oldest son and I was out talking and he said that if I would stop smoking that he would stop also. Well this is Tuesday and I havent had a cigarette sence sunday evening. I started a new wood burning and I had to ...

I took a leather sewing class to learn how to make the Morris chair cushions. -----The seat cushion and the ottoman cushion require web frames. Here I am milling the half-lap components for the web frames. -----Web frame assemblies are glued together. Hey everyone, I was asked by a few of you from my blog “How to find legal burls” “once I get them how do I cut the burls”? Well I just made a short vidio on how I cut to the burl in the context of a bowl or hollow form blank. Please coment and add if I don’t cover it well.
