 WOOD GLOATwell my fellow wood workers, i have scored a truck load of some of the best lumber you can get for what was the timbers and wood that built this country, YES, antique southern yellow heart pine, i have 4 boards that are almost 15 inches wide, and they are 18 1/2 feet long…..with parts that have growth rings so close, its hard to count them…..and the rest of the wood , they are all 18 feet long, but just not as wide, these boards have been laying flat in the atic of a very old hous...  Next Generation Cheese boards... #7: Same but different..I love the way the antique pine shines… Again not finished …. New Guinea Rosewood with Purple Heart and Antique Hoop Pine Chevrons… and the one on the left is Silky Oak aka LaceWood with single stripes of Purple Heart…You may also notice that I have altered the width of cuts… something a little different…
