Here we go, folks – this time for real. Someone must be first, and I volunteer.
This is a barrister bookcase of my own design. I created it in eCabinet Systems, the program I use to design and create furniture pieces.
Dimensions are: 60”H x 36”W x 14”D
This could be built in modules, but I elected to do the bookcase as one piece. The model can be easily modified, now that the entire bookcase is designed. I also attach an exploded view, to pique your interest ...

Well a second annual LumberJock Picnic was held at Lee’s home in 2008.
Again I was late in posting pictures. So I’m going to get caught up I hope.
Some of the same people showed up for the 2nd annual picnic as for the first one. Mark and his wife Nancy work for the post office and they couldn’t get off. But left to right.

Yesterday Dec 6, 2008 was our toy give away day for the Mason Dixon Woodworkers Club. These are the toys that we made in 2008. Approximately 1300 toys were made and given away. They were given to Charities in the area for them to give to their recipients.
A local newspaper reporter Dan Shortridge and Photographer Gary Emeigh were present to record the day.

Another short Blog entry to post a concept sketch of a President Barak Obama Walking Cane. This cane design has been inspired by several historical examples of Election and Political Figure “Bust Top” collector walking canes.
I have another design I’m working on the concept sketch for with an “Abraham Lincoln Bust Top” walking cane, and he’s deceased, and so that can not be determined as “politics”, just art. Ha.
