I've just started working with wood in September of '08. Not too long ago. Although when I started taking a course in my local community college. I have made one project which was an end table for the entryway of my house. I have very little experience but I have caught the sawdust fever. I enjoy working with wood. I'm sure I would enjoy it more if I had more hands on time. This semester I'm taking 5 courses of woodworking and going for a Woodworking Certificate. I am interested in chip carving, furniture making, cabinet making, which this class is gonna kick my in the junk, I can tell. Being born and raised in New Mexico, there is a ton of woodworking going on. Santos, retablos, wood sculpture, and spanish colonial style furniture and construction. Again, I have little experience and would appreciate some feed-back and advice.

Hello Juan-karlo,
