Brand new noobie to woodworking. Been wanting to get into this for years. First project was my bench last week. Came out OK but obviously there's miles to go before . . . . . . . anyway.
My initial shop is made up of mostly used tools I've gotten good deals on through Craig's list.
A Delta table saw, Delta 10" bandsaw, Dewalt compound miter saw, 12" Craftsman floor drill press, new Rigid router model R2900 with fixed and plunge base, Ryobi intermediate router table (till I build one), and a Hitachi scroll saw. This is all presently being set up in a 13' x 21' single car garage with a propane hot water heater in the corner. Small but will certainly meet my needs for a while. I'm pretty stoked about it.
