Hey Big chopper
I always like you Pod cast fun and crazy stuff .I would recommend to use a forstner bit instead of a paddle bit
to drill your hole in the side and use a square held to the side as a reference to keep your drilling level.
But the biggest issue Is never never have goofy on wood while sawing….every body knows it should have been Donald.

you know what helps hold the drill straight get some wood and rest the battery of the drill on them and will hold the drill up straight just make sure you move the wood with the drill as you cut the hole
