My journey into woodworking has been a long one. I can remember working with my uncle handing him tools and was fascinated at the various uses. I went through school taking woodshop and when I got out of high school, I went to trade school forcarrpentry. I worked various remodels and new construction. I took every opportunity to help out buddies working on their homes to hone my skills. I have done concrete work as well.

My favorite job however was working with a truly amazing craftsman who did furniture refinishing and some custom carpentry. I worked for 3 years with Bob who was a magician with repair and restoration. I do some small projeds and most of the work on my own home. I currently reside in Glenside, Pa. Currently the wife and I are looking to finish a few things on our home and move. I am looking for at least a two car garage and some land. I currently have a 1 car garage for my tools that shares our garden tools etc. Space is cramped but I still get to play. I am happy to be a member of the site and just thought I should share a little about myself. I do not do woodworking professionally but I certainly love my time in the garage.
