Location: Franklin, Vermont

I am a third/fourth grade teacher in northwestern Vermont. I live on 70 acres of land and grow Christmas trees, make maple syrup, do woodworking, and heat with wood that I cut myself. I will retire in June 2009, buy a sawmill and mill all my own lumber for woodworking and maybe sell a little. I have two daughters, two grand daughters and twin grandbabies on the way.

I have built a four foot cross out of 2X3 black cherry for our church. I want to mount it at least three inches away from the wall. I am having trouble finding the hardware needed to do so. Can someone help me?
