Here are some pictures of my humble little shop… As you can see, I share the space with all of the random junk that has piled up in my parents garage. Well, at least i have a place to make some saw dust! I use a craftsman contractor’s table saw, a bostich brad gun, a ryobi miter saw, and a bunch of sand paper!
I am hoping to be able to convert the garage of my next house into a dedicated workshop but this has to do for now.

Bummer that you have to share the shop space with the “non-essentials” that are in there. If you were able to find another location for them you would have a nice shop space in which to work. But I understand your dilemma. Whenever my wife decides that something need long term storage, because she just can’t bear to part with it, the first suggestion is invariably that it be put in MY shop space. :) But I think a lot of us similar problems.
You have a nice start on your shop with respect to your tool line. I like the way that your saw has the switch on the left side. My Craftsman has it on the right. Yours is a much safer and logical placement.
Thanks for the post. I enjoyed visiting your shop.
