Part 1: Planning the Valet Design
This is my first post here at lumberjocks so I thought I’d start off with a design I’m considering building. I’d like to have a dresser-top valet that’s large enough to hold two drawers. The bottom drawer is for things like cufflinks, rings, etc. and the top drawer is to hold five large (40+ mm) watches. I'm really just starting out but have done a lot of pen turning. I'm lucky to have access to lots of good tools, so I'd like to start putting them to use.
