    :) it's a never-ended model of mine, Mario. Yes, 3 small steppers, just to try; anyway if (if) I'll succeed, I'll post the whole project here; I bought the steppers and the circuit board 3 or 4 years ago, but I started building the cnc only few months ago.

    Not so firm by the way (the shelf). As usual I haven't completed the job as I had to, in the end I get bored with doing the same thing for too long and I start hurrying up. Below what happened:



    now in - say - 10-12 years I'll add the missing screws…

    Mario, take a look below; I have built a shelf for my cds this summer (it hangs from the ceiling, in front of a window)...



    ...and here my cnc reuter still waiting for completion (it lacks only the lead screws and the assembling)

    Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

    Tim: my original idea was only to fix a vice to an heavy log. For the vice itself, I got inspiration from the photos of a famous workbench in Scott Landis's book about workbenches.

    Antonio, Welcome. After looking at your pictures i Picasa I was amazed! you are a real talent. I loved the tools especially the Vice for working outdoors, well all of them actually.
