Osage Orange

Just got some logs of Osage orange Any ideas what I should have them sawn into or does anyone want turning blocks lots of small burls and good crouh logs.
1. 6.5 long x 20 ” was strcck by lighting years ago
2. 8 ft x12” long
3. 8 ft x 10 long
plus smaller logs and croches
will try to get pictures
interested email or send phone # to me what you would like And i will see what I can let go
I am in Southern Ontario and may sell some

Hi Andy.

I’ve never worked with osage orange (never had the chance to) but I did see a couple of beautiful honey dippers made of it. Hope that gives you an idea.

Osage is one of the Best bow woods out there. I love it. It is one of those woods that changes color over time. It will become almost a chocolate brown.
