Have observed different woodworkers methods for glueing and clamping. Like the frame jig that holds the bar clamps!

Did you hand scrape the glue after it dried?

Did you route the tounge and groove backer board? Is there and allowance for movement?

Alan, music was in my apple sound effects.
Two routers in the table. One did the tongue and the other the groove. I say did, as we have now replaced it with a purpose made head for the spindle molder that has both cutters in the one head. Much quieter and less space taken up.
