Andy, this is a nice video. I enjoy seeing shop made tools and it looks like this marking gauge was a lot of fun to build.

By the way it looks like you have a shop full of fun toys to play with as well.

Andy, After I got past the tool envy… That was a great looking marking gauge and I love your video. What soft ware did you use to make the video?
Thanks, Gerry

I only can hope to have as many cool power tools as you when i’m older!!! thats exciting! :) haha.

not being very familiar with making my own tools, i was confused as to what you were making, but then when I saw you making the blade I finally got it! People dont realize all the work that goes into making a quality tool! very cool! and very cool video. Thanks for sharing

Hey thanks guys. We got a new mac last year (i guess its old now) it has Imovie on it. Just getting my head around it. The hardest thing at the moment is how to make video smaller in language I understand, so it doesn’t take 5 hours to upload.

“After I got past the tool envy…” Ditto!!. It took me two minutes to get my chin off of my desk!!!

Great video. Much better than a step by step tutorial. Seeing this reminded me that I need to make one.
