Dewalt Customer Service - 27 replies
If I had cut my finger off with my scroll saw it would have been a far less painful experience than dealing with DeWalts Canadian customer service. I was trying to find a replacement switch and at this point I wish I hadn’t bothered. It is very sad but DeWalt is not the only guilty party in this whole fiasco. Customer service in this day a...

I have been trying to use FD-SR 2/0 blades on my DW-788 with no sucess at all. I just don’t seem to be able to control the blade. It’s like it has a mind of its’ own and sen...
