i've been doing the wood thing for 23 years, since i was 17, fresh from high school. it has been my main work all my life, i enjoy it and its also my hobby. my wife and i own our custom cabinet shop called All About The Wood. and yes the name says it all, puns intended. we do mainly kitchen renos including hardwood floors and tile floors and whatever comes with reno surprises. i have done some unique things over the years, building projects that people didnt think could be done. my children have also taken an interest in the shop and have completed some projects of their own. i hope to have time to post pictures as i go, but running a business and raising kids eats up time, as it should. i look forward to being a part of the community here. thanks.

Welcome to LumberJocks. You’ll find this to be a great site for picking up pointers and exchanging ideas on all things wood and even some that aren’t.
