Dear Oscorner,
I am currently fixing a two-way sliding jig for the horizontal table using Incra tracks (both metal and sliding nylon inserts) to use for morticing and lock-mitre joints. I use the latter with my vertical router table by adjusting each for best fit. This avoids having to stand one board “on-end” when making (90 degree) corner joints. For this accurate work it is essential that the acrylic plate holding the router must not flex. When finished I will post a photo of the jig.
