I started woodworking in 2008, although I've always liked the tools aspect. I have an engineering background and always liked that industrial stuff. My grandfather used to do lots of woodworking and I used to like to "help" him (watching mostly).

Just spent the past year transitioning to a new job 1,200 miles from my old one; now in the Philadelphia area. And had to rebuild my shop in the new house. Using it more for home move-in projects than anything else these days.

I am continuing to build my shop, evolving from basic construction and household projects to actual wood projects.

I also like photography and travel, and am consumed by my real job at times, so I have to balance it all.
