I made temporary guide for saw and chisel. the angle is 1:8.

marked…

sawed inside pencil line.

then plowed out with router plane.

the guide was turned upside down for trimming with chisels.

and the doevetail pin was made by my own made dovetail plane.

Can you see that the front is narrow?

upto here, I didn’t use mallet.

my own made dovetail plane / recoilless hammer.

These were assembled without glue.

This is outstanding craftsmanship, very impressive and creative hand work. Looking forward to seeing how the project progresses.
