making groove with dado blade…
- depth : 5 mm ( 1 inch = 25.4 mm )
- width : 20 mm

marking tenons at the ends of siderails …

making tenon with my hands…

trimming tenon …

glueing siderail for cleat…

clamping …

Without hardware, a little depth of groove and one night clamping…
The cleat could support strongly enough… for me and latex
