For those who aren’t familiar with P5, it stands for “Proper Planning, Prevents Poor Performance.” I don’t plan much. I want to, but mostly I just jump in with both feet and course correct as I go along. In this case I am hoping to someday build a seperate woodshop. Part 2: Tool Placement

As I said, I started with just putting my tools in. I didn’t think “work flow”. I didn’t think “convenience”. I did think about space for in/out-feed. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to move stuff. And since none of my tools at the time were “mobile” it was a PITA for sure.
