Part 1: I was given a sign
Ghost Sign I had no idea of what to build for the most recent challenge . . . however DW came to the rescue with this . . . She found it here LINK I had a couple of pieces of 8ft long by 12” wide rough sawn pine that I though would be excellent for this project. Part 2: I ain't fraid of no ghost
I had the day off work. When I finished doing some chores around the house I got back to my ghost sign. First thing was to paint the ghost. Throughout the afternoon I gave it several coats of paint. All good horror flicks come in threes . . . so the blog will end after the third instalment. I had DW sketch out a couple of eyes on the head of the ghost as my freehand for circles is shaky at best. I then broke out the plunge router and my newly purchased upcut spiral bit from Lee Valley (shameless plug for sponsor – wink wink) to gouge out the eyes.
