I’ve got my first paying gig, a friend is havin their first baby and they asked me to refinish the bassinet she had when she was a child. It is solid wood with about 30 spindles, I am not sure how much to charge for this. They already bought the stain. Thanks for the help lumberjocks.

I have some Solid cherry wood that I am going to laminate to be a top for a desk. I am wondering what wood I can pair with the Cherry to get the same stain and texture. Cherry plywood is hard to find and I was thinking of using Ash for the cabinets trimmed with Solid Cherry. Thanks in advance for the advice.

anyone know of a good resource to get templates for cutouts? I have another daughter on the way so my 5 year old daughter is getting moved to a bigger bedroom and she absolutely loves butterflies. I have been looking for some templates so I can cut out some different size butterflies for her bedroom.
