Construction Process Coodinator for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Manage Interior Renovation projects and small Civil Projects. Fluent in MEP AutoCAD 2009, modest adept with SketchUp Pro used to pull up Cad floor plans and render finished interiors. Now using Podium to provide more lifelike render for final customer approvals. Excel MS nut and a half. Half my job is writing specs and contracts along with creating documents with advanced MS Excel tools to facilitate construction processes for 12 peer project managers along with HR, Scope and Budget, and other useless documents! Formally a Tenent Improvement GC from California, and hack woodworker. Favorite things to build - Fireplace surrounds freelance and repairing older chairs that were tossed, and refinishing the woods and recovering the fabrics.
