Reordered – no problems…really sweet woman on the end of the line.

Just got off the phone with my new order number. Took about 5 min on hold and 5 min to reorder. It was even a little cheaper. I still think it is too good to be true. We will see.

Hrumph.. Would this be the power of the consumer ? And some 26 thousand L-J’s and other woodworkers ?

UNBELEVEABLE ! (and good on H-D for trying to make it right ! )

I’m simply blown away by what they’ve done here. I’m sure as heck am enjoying my new WS 3000 today. Several gouges are getting a much needed honing..

Got mine ordered again.

See, the power of the pen?! When a significant amount (how many LJs made comments?) of customers make an issue of something, corporate might just listen. They used to tell us when I worked there that market research showed that the typical SATISFIED customer told no one but the typical UNSATISFIED customer told SEVEN other friends (potential customers) who in turn each told seven more, and so on. That’s what happened on this forum. That concerns a company!

Well done, fellow LJs! We made an impact.

I got mine re-ordered as well. When I asked the lady “ballpark figures” how many of these things got back ordered she said about a thousand. Makes ya wonder hmmm?

I will call and reorder mine tomorrow. I must say HD went up a notch in my view. Might this goodwill be extended to providing good quality plywood as well? (one can always hope, right?)

76 bucks—ramble we get nothing like that in Canada. More like 249 plus 13 percent tax…I’m filled with hate all of a sudden
