How to make a marking knife using scrap wood!

This is my first turning video i made so i hope you all enjoy it! I make a marking knife out of bubinga and an old jigsaw blade.

Nice work on the knife, looks good. I like the long blade, good for reaching in between dovetails. Do you experience and flexing with the saw blade?, or is it stiff enough.

@Oldtool ehm so far it feels nice and rigid, the jigsaw blade was quite thick :)
