« Part 1: The start of something great Part 2 of Shop Renevations series Part 3: Down to the wire... Literaly!! »

Here is the door that we put in. It is a hollow core door, and it is 36 inches wide. We got it at home depot for around 50 bucks. I then put on the door knob which is just a cheapy stainless steel door knob. It looks great but it took along time to shim and make the door level. So here it is. Electrical is next :O

a fine job!!
Aren’t you lucky to be learning all of this now, rather than stumbling through it when you are 40??!!!

Excellent job and a well-deserved smile

Hi Tyler

Door looks great! You and your Dad did a great job on it. Halltree is right, you need a doggy door. Keep on going, before you know it you guys will be making saw dust. Thanks for posting.

God Bless

Remember what that guy Hannibal used to say at the end of every ‘A-TEAM’ episode; “I love it when a plan comes together”. Looking alrighty dighty Tyler, now you get to learn about drywalling and possibly mudding and taping.
You’ll be in your new shop in no time, Way to go!
