I guess for my first project that I can write about on here, I decided on the one most readily available. By readily available, I mean that I already have the pieces cut and and my wife keeps thinking it’s “hers”. ;) Since I am SOOOO new to this (blogging, woodworking, sanity,) please bear with me. Part 2: Almost done...and now the revisions begin!

This is what the drafting table idea eventually came to be. And it all started from this: While I loved the finish on this original desk, it just wasn’t quite big enough on top and certainly didn’t include the flip up for drafting/painting. So the revisions begin and bring us to that first picture. Now the issues are this: I don’t think the legs are appropriate for the design style here.I am getting away from this “L” shaped desk thing.
