First off, a confession. I don’t post every project I do on LJ.

While I don’t know if it makes me a pariah or selfish, I don’t feel another shop cabinet, another set of cabinets, or my latest jig I’ve create is worth noting as a blog or a project post. Plus, I’m lazy, so I don’t feel the need to snap a picture of everything I do.

That having been said, I have a project I’m posting soon; coat hanger racks. They’re easy, functional, and use up scrap; all three things that make me happier.

In any case, there’s a new rolling drill-press cabinet in the shop and a tenon jig I copied from an earlier posting here. I’m in the middle of the last of the sets of benches for the back porch, and generally keeping myself happily busy in the shop.

well said zen wood

who could get everything in camera
there is only so much time in the shop
as it is

best to enjoy the time we do have there
and just post the ones
that stand out

simple is good

and scraps are the door
to more projects

keep them coming

Confession? I didn’t know it was wrong to not post all projects. If it is a faux pas to make stuff and not post it then I am guilty as well.
I don’t feel that my endless remaking of the table saw sled idea is remarkable enough to post. If if was there would be an seemingly endless string of them on my projects page.
I think you have it right. Post what pleases you.
Thanks for sharing, all that you have posted.
